A pre-ticked box is not a plan we will use. The current build has nothing non-essential to refuse except a memory of your theme, which you can set again in one tap.
The mobile advertisement placeholder is not a third-party cookie. It is an empty box. Closing it writes a session flag so the box stays shut. That flag dies with the tab. It is not a profile and it is not shared.
