Launch checklist

Ship argentinavsbenin.com as the static files in this project. The checklist is for the publisher. It is noindex so it does not compete with the match guides.

Before you point the domain

  1. Replace hello@argentinavsbenin.com with a mailbox you read. Put your legal name and postal address on the contact and privacy pages. AdSense expects a real identity.
  2. Turn on HTTPS at the host. Canonical tags already use https://argentinavsbenin.com/.
  3. Confirm kick-off. If AFA has published a time, set kickoffISO in site/js/config.js and rebuild or edit the visible “to be confirmed” lines that are hard-coded.
  4. Open /robots.txt and /sitemap.xml on the live host. Both should return 200.
  5. Run a mobile pass. The layout is built for a 390px screen with a bottom nav and a dismissible ad slot that has a reserved height.

Google Search Console

  1. Add a domain property for argentinavsbenin.com. Verify by DNS if you can. That covers www and non-www.
  2. Choose one host in canonicals (this project uses the bare domain) and redirect the other to it.
  3. Submit https://argentinavsbenin.com/sitemap.xml.
  4. Use URL inspection on the home page, the kick-off page, the Messi page and the tickets page. Request indexing for those four first. Do not spam every URL on day one.
  5. Check coverage a week later. Noindex on the two checklists is intentional.
  6. In enhancements, validate breadcrumbs. FAQ rich results are limited for most sites; the FAQ schema is still there because readers and some surfaces use the questions. Do not stuff extra FAQs to chase a badge.
  7. Core Web Vitals: the pages are static, one CSS file, one JS file, no web fonts. If a field report looks bad, the usual cause will be an ad script you added later. Keep ad slots at their min-heights so they do not shift.

Bing Webmaster Tools

  1. Add the site and import from Search Console if you want the faster path.
  2. Submit the same sitemap.
  3. Check that the kick-off and Messi titles are the ones you want. They are already under 60 characters in the templates.

AdSense, only when the policy matches the site

  1. Do not apply on a day when the privacy policy still says ads are off, unless you have updated that sentence to name AdSense.
  2. You need original text, an about page, a contact method, and a privacy policy. Those exist. They need your real identity added.
  3. Do not place ads on a pirate stream, and do not add one to “help approval”. That is a policy failure.
  4. Keep gambling content informational. This build has no bookmaker links on purpose. Adding them beside AdSense is a common rejection.
  5. Use the labelled slots: top, in-article, sidebar, and the dismissible mobile footer. Do not invent extra sticky ads over the text.
  6. After approval, paste the ad code into the empty ad-frame divs. Do not let the code collapse the reserved height.

Indexing habits that match this sport

Update the result URL the night of the match and request indexing then. That is the query that spikes. Leave the prediction text in place with a correction note so the page does not look hollowed out. Internal links already connect every guide to at least five others, and the footer covers the rest, so you should not have orphan URLs.
